How I Turned a Launch Into a Movement
This wasn't just a store opening. It was a cultural moment. I built the entire pre-launch, launch, and post-launch content strategy from scratch. Over 80 influencers were onboarded across lifestyle, food, and Gen Z categories. Major magazines like Diva, Hello Pakistan, OK Pakistan, and Sunday Times were brought in for coverage. The hype didn't stay in Islamabad. It spread to Lahore, Karachi, and beyond. Everyone was talking about it. On launch day, over 13,000 visitors showed up with queues stretching outside. I handled influencer coordination, PR packaging, content strategy, campaign structuring, analytics monitoring, and created the visual content that fueled the entire launch. This wasn't a social media campaign. It was a nationwide event powered by content.
